I should also throw out that I went to my first ever hockey/Caps game with her a few Fridays ago. They played the ‘Canes and lost. However, I discovered that hockey has all the violence of football, but on skates, and with more fights! Excellent.

@dan, jr: not really. i do like to relentlessly harass shmee for her obsession with hockey (to the exclusion of everything else) however. especially after the time we were watching the chargers play at a bar and she asked me, in all seriousness, “when did south dakota get a football team?”
“when did south dakota get a football team?” – That’s hilarious!
My obessions aren’t limited to Hockey. There’s always music,”Brit-coms”, etc. Food is right up there at the top. Especially chocolate.
